Changing companies without going dark.

Most of our accounts were somebody else's first. A takeover is ordinary work: we survey what is installed, tell you what is worth keeping, and cut the monitoring over on a scheduled date. The site stays covered the whole time.

How a takeover runs
STEP 01

Survey

We inventory the panels, cameras, readers, and network, and note what is serviceable and what is not.

STEP 02

Straight answer

Keep it, repair it, or replace it, with the reason and the cost for each. If your system is fine, we will say so.

STEP 03

Scheduled cutover

A date, a window, and a technician on site. Signals move to our central station and we test every zone before we leave.

STEP 04

Documentation

New call list, updated permits and alarm registration, port maps and drawings handed to you.

What we will not do

Rip out equipment that works.

If your cameras are current and the panel is supportable, we will take it over and put the money toward the gap that actually matters. Replacing everything on day one is a sales tactic, not an engineering opinion.

Why people leave

Usually nobody picked up.

Service calls that took a week, a camera offline for a month, a bill nobody could explain. Ask us how we handle each of those before you sign, and hold us to the answer.
